...is one of those days when getting off your ass seems like the hardest thing ever. I almost canceled my plans to go to the gym. Then I browsed through some fitspo blogs, ate some rye bread for healthy carbs I need for interval training and put on my Nike fitness wear - and gained my motivation back. I'll be off to the gym as soon as I get this posted. Never give up, guys. :) I'll now post some fitspo that'll hopefully make YOU put on your running shoes and go for a jog, too.
